Civils Site Manager
Location: Dublin & Southeast Areas
O'Keeffe Civil Ltd is a leading groundworks & civil engineering company renowned for delivering high quality projects. Our commitment to excellence has seen our company grow from strength to strength.
Due to several new residential & commercial projects in the Leinster area, we are looking for experienced site managers to oversee these projects.
The successful candidate will manage all on site activities ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently & to the highest standard with the support of our Contracts Managers, Site Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, H&S officers, Purchasing Department & Administration staff.
Requirements:
- 5years+ civils/groundworks experience in the residential & commercial sector
- Proven track record of successfully managing & delivering large scale projects
- Proactive & adaptable approach to work with the ability to manage & motivate staff
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with main contractor personnel & senior management & address & resolve any issues & concerns promptly.
- Manage resources & optimise efficiently
- Meticulous record keeping of site activities as per company systems
- Promote & enforce a strong safety culture on site
